v1.4
LATESTEngine Reliability, Brief Beta & AI Threats
This release introduces NEXO’s internal Engine Test Suite, launches Brief Beta, improves analysis calibration, strengthens Link and Phone Analysis, and expands AI-assisted scam protection in beta.
- Engine Test Suite for internal QA: NEXO now has an admin-only suite to test controlled scenarios, catch false positives, false negatives, wrong labels, missing signals, score calibration issues and regressions after updates.
- Copyable Fix Reports: admins can copy structured test reports with failed tests, expected vs actual results, missing and unexpected signals, affected modules and suggested fix areas.
- Phone Analysis was recalibrated to avoid over-warning on normally formatted numbers, and AI Threats is now marked Beta with focus on cloned identity claims, deepfake voice contexts, synthetic profiles, AI-written scam patterns, fake AI platforms and AI investment scams.
- Brief Beta is now part of the Intelligence experience, adding a deeper scam intelligence and digital trust editorial layer beyond urgent Active Alerts.
- Smarter Link Analysis calibration now handles known security testing pages, official security reference tools, fake brand/security mimic domains and AI trading bot scam patterns more accurately.
- AI investment scam link calibration was strengthened for AI trading bots, guaranteed returns, passive income claims, crypto or investment promises and fake AI profit platforms.
- Briefs explain what happened, why it matters, who may be affected, what users should watch for and how each topic connects to scam prevention and digital trust.
- NEXO improved detection for suspicious fake security and brand mimic domains using words such as security, check, verify, safe browsing and account.
- NEXO’s positioning remains clear: it provides risk analysis, not absolute certainty, helping people verify suspicious messages, links, numbers and profiles before trusting them.
- Known security testing pages and official reference tools are handled more safely, including AMTSO phishing test pages and Google Safe Browsing Transparency Report.
