THE INTELLIGENCE BEHIND THE ANSWER

Every signal. A clearer picture.

Suspicious messages. Unfamiliar links. Requests that feel wrong. NEXO helps you examine the evidence, understand the uncertainty and decide what to do next.

Built to inform your judgment. Not replace it.

FROM SUSPICION TO UNDERSTANDING

01 / YOUR FIRST CHECK

Start with what you received.

You do not need to know the scam. Start with the situation.

01 / Submit

Bring the context.

In Unified Check, paste the suspicious text, attach a screenshot, or use both. Include the request and any relevant links.

TextScreenshotText + screenshot

A clear screenshot and the surrounding conversation can help. Remove unnecessary personal information before submitting.

02 / BEHIND THE ASSESSMENT

One situation. Several perspectives.

A hybrid process, not a single all-knowing detector. Technical observations, explicit rules and AI-assisted interpretation work together.

ILLUSTRATIVE ASSESSMENT PATH

Inside this stage / 01

Your submitted content

Text and screenshots provide the starting evidence. NEXO does not need access to your inbox to assess a message you paste.

THE RESULT

What NEXO found
What remains uncertain
What to do next

Availability and relevance determine the checks. This diagram explains the process; it is not running an assessment.

03 / UNDERSTANDING RISK

A label is a starting point. Not the whole story.

Explore the five labels used in NEXO. Read each alongside the evidence and the limits of that particular check.

Lower concernStronger concern

Pause. Verify the request.

Concerning signs require caution and independent verification.

HOW TO RESPOND
Do not rush. Use a trusted app or an independently obtained official contact method.
EVIDENCE BOUNDARY
A warning identifies concern; it does not prove the sender’s identity or intentions.

04 / ANATOMY OF AN ASSESSMENT

Look at the request. Then look closer.

Follow a fictional message from input to a reasonable next step. Select a stage to connect the evidence.

FICTIONAL EDUCATIONAL EXAMPLE

Claimed sender: Account security

Your account needs attention

Your account will be restricted in 30 minutes. Confirm your details here: https://account-check.example/verify

01 / Input

A claim arrives. Not a verified identity.

The submitted message claims to represent account security. That claim is part of the evidence, not proof of who sent it.

ESTABLISHED IN THIS EXAMPLE
The text contains an account-restriction claim and a link.
NOT ESTABLISHED
Who controls the sender or whether any account issue exists.

Prepared illustration, not guaranteed engine output. No analysis is run and no analysis allowance is used.

05 / THE NEXO TOOLKIT

Different questions. The right starting point.

Explore the tools already in NEXO. Access and analysis allowances depend on your account and the current feature.

Unified Check

One situation, multiple perspectives

Submit text, a screenshot or both. Applicable checks bring the available evidence into one assessment.

Know the boundary

Not every check runs. Missing or unavailable evidence remains a limitation.

06 / TRANSPARENCY BY DESIGN

The unknown is part of the answer.

Responsible security analysis separates what is visible, what is supported and what cannot yet be established.

What NEXO can help with

  • Identify concerning patterns
  • Explain evidence in context
  • Make uncertainty visible
  • Suggest proportionate next steps

What NEXO cannot guarantee

  • Complete safety or detection of every threat
  • Verified identity, intent or transaction legitimacy
  • Definitive AI authorship of a voice, image or message
  • Confirmation that an account or device is compromised
  • Recovery of lost money
When money, credentials, codes or account access are involved, verify through an independent trusted channel.
What does “verified” actually mean?

Verification has a scope. A supported organization-domain relationship establishes that relationship only. It does not verify the sender, the specific page content or the transaction.

Why can a result be uncertain?

Missing context, unreadable content, unavailable destinations and incomplete public sources can limit a check. A failure to find evidence is not evidence of safety or fraud.

Can NEXO prove that AI was used?

AI-related scam patterns can be relevant without proving AI authorship. Polished writing, a familiar voice or a convincing image alone cannot establish how the content was made.

What if I already clicked, paid or shared something?

Use the Incident Response entry on Home to describe what happened. Sign-in and applicable access are required. If money or an account is involved, contact the provider through a trusted official channel promptly.

07 / PRIVACY & RESPONSIBLE USE

Share the context. Not more than you need to.

Remove unnecessary personal details, active passwords, verification codes, full card numbers and identity documents before submitting content or screenshots.

Read the Privacy Policy
Uploads
Some screenshot flows use publicly accessible upload links. Do not assume every upload is private.
Records
Some signed-in analyses can store submitted text, extracted screenshot text, attachment references and results. No access to saved history does not mean nothing is stored.
Processing
Analysis inputs can be processed by external AI services. Relevant public research may also be used.
App activity
Application visit and session tracking exists. Consult the current Privacy Policy for the stated data-handling practices.

YOUR NEXT MOVE
