What data we collect
Some features of NEXO may require account creation.
When you create an account, NEXO may collect your email address so we can identify your account, manage your access, provide support, activate plans such as Guardian, and communicate with you when necessary.
NEXO does not ask for sensitive personal information such as documents, verification codes or passwords through chat, social media or direct messages.
The information you paste into NEXO, such as a message, link, phone number or profile text, is used to generate a risk assessment.
Email and password privacy
Your email address may be visible to NEXO administrators only for account management purposes, such as activating Guardian access, helping with support requests, or identifying your account.
Your password is private.
NEXO administrators, team members, founders, support staff or anyone managing the platform cannot see your password.
Passwords are handled through the authentication system and are not displayed to NEXO. We will never ask you to send your password, verification codes or private login information by email, direct message, social media or any other channel.
If someone asks you for your NEXO password or verification code, do not share it.
Data storage
NEXO may store basic account information, such as your email address and plan/access status, to keep your account working properly.
NEXO does not sell user data.
Analysis inputs are used to provide results and improve the functionality of the product. At the current stage, NEXO aims to minimize stored data and only keep what is necessary for account access, product functionality, support, safety, feedback or service improvement.
